Need a moment of Zen? Watch this video in which nothing happens.

I’ve been in Delray Beach, Florida, this week, as a visiting speaker at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens. Situated around a large lake, the Morikami boasts extensive traditional Japanese gardens designed by landscape architect Hoichi Kurisu, whose work emphasizes the therapeutic healing effects of nature.

My schedule here was packed with things I had to do, including an interview on the NBC South Florida morning show, a cocktail party and presentation with Morikami board members, and a lecture and book signing. But I managed to escape for a time and get lost in the garden. If you’re having a day that’s too busy, take a moment, sit back, and join me for a little Zen contemplation through this video I shot in which … absolutely nothing happens.
